Micro Weddings at Barff House?

We now offer small, intimate micro weddings for parties of up to 24 people.

Barff House is the perfect setting for small, intimate weddings, with ceremonies taking place in our lovely oak-beamed barn or in the flower garden in front of the house.

In many ways, micro weddings are similar to the larger ones we hold at Barff House, but with a much smaller budget. The main difference is that a marquee is not included, and on-site accommodation becomes an optional extra.

What are the advantages then of smaller micro weddings? They can be very personal, with just your nearest and dearest present, the ceremony can be more meaningful and special. Receptions are often more relaxed, with time to spend with each of the guests and for those who prefer not to be in the limelight, it can be less stressful. A smaller budget means that you can save your money to spend on the things that really matter to you, such as a dream honeymoon.

As ever, we offer a very personal service, helping you to create the atmosphere and style that you want. We are a family business hosting just a small number of weddings each year. Each one is entirely unique and special.
